- While in class, try to sit close to an exit for easy access to the washroom.
- Know where the closest washroom in your school or university is at all times.
- Create a network in your class that can help you with class notes.
- Ask for deadline extensions if you need them!
- Keep a spare change of clothes in your locker (if you have one).
- Have your doctor’s emergency contact information on-hand or with your school’s nurse.
- Inquire about any special accommodations the school has to offer.
- Get a tutor if you fall behind!
